We are a fintech company focused on creating new technology products that provides trading, exchange, and future financial services. We are looking for outstanding engineers to build a social trading platform.



The job:


·       Complete the task following the current recruitment process to achieve recruitment KPIs and targets

·       Prepare and update Job description

·       Job posting, CVs search - Services, Social, Forum, web, etc.

·       Screening CVs, arranging interviews, following up, communicating with candidates and hiring manager

·       Take care of candidates and support candidates to get jobs

·       Report recruitment status to Manager and CEO

·       Developing and updating the candidate data in Company’s system;


·      Have 1+ year of experience working in the field of IT recruitment

·      Having a network of diverse recruiters and candidates... especially in the field of Human Resources, IT

·      High level of proficiency in IT skills: GG docs, research skills, Microsoft skills...Solid knowledge of principles and practices of human resources administration

·      Have a wide IT candidate connection on linkedin.

·      Good communication skill, team work spirit. Integrity, high responsibility for work



·      Salary: up to 1,000$ NET
